UTC TEAM is a specialized Greek construction company active in the implementation of port and marine projects of high technical requirements. Since its establishment in 2017, the company leverages the long-term experience of its shareholders and executives, who have an active and continuous presence in the sector since 2001, with the execution of Public and Private projects.

With more than 20 years of exclusive experience in projects carried out exclusively in a marine environment, UTC TEAM has developed in-depth technical knowledge and an excellent understanding of the complex construction challenges that characterize port projects. This know-how, combined with the possession and utilization of specialized mechanical equipment — such as floating cranes, tugs, barges and related assets — allows the provision of integrated, reliable and technically sound solutions across the entire spectrum of port and marine constructions.

UTC Team implements certified Management Systems in accordance with international standards, confirming its commitment to quality, safety, and environmental responsibility. The company is certified with ISO 14001 for Environmental Management, ensuring the minimization of the environmental footprint of its activities, as well as a Road Traffic Safety Management System (RTS) in accordance with ISO 39001, aiming at the safe transportation of personnel and equipment.

At the same time, it applies an Occupational Health and Safety Management System in line with ISO 45001, ensuring high levels of protection and risk prevention for its workforce. Through these certifications, UTC Team guarantees the reliable and responsible execution of every project.

The company is staffed by experienced engineers, specialized foremen and certified construction machinery operators, with proven experience in the execution of high-demand port and marine constructions.

Foremen and field technical executives coordinate the daily operation of the construction sites, ensuring the smooth progress of the work and strict adherence to safety rules.

The certified operators of construction machinery and watercraft have expertise in the use of modern equipment and heavy machinery, responding with precision and professionalism to the specific requirements of port and underwater operations.
